About me
Dan Jablow is a self-taught, all-grain homebrewer with a passion for brewing beer of all styles. In his day job, he serves as Director of Brewing Education at University of Richmond's School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Dan also serves as a Brewery Consultant, helping new and growing breweries navigate regulations, finance, operations, and leadership challenges to build successful businesses. He is also a professionally trained chef, providing invaluable recipe development and testing skills.
When not brewing, Dan can be found tinkering with recipes, experimenting with ingredients, baking, taking photographs, playing drums, and traveling to as many craft brewing events and international destinations as possible. Dan is excited to bring this next phase of his serial entrepreneurial journey to life.
Fun Fact: Dan's first business, a smoked meat company called Jablow's Meats, was voted in 2012 by the SF Weekly as having one of the best sandwiches in San Francisco (pastrami!).
